The Sky Tower is a really funny part of the game, you need to climb up the tower floor by floor defeating some guards to face a great enemy at the end.
The first guard is a MIKIA, poison spirit. So we need either Water or Wind attacks, since at this point of the game you probably do not have any wind spirits, let's use the most basic water spirit we have, the TRIFISH.
(Since the TRIFISH i have is GREEN, i need to wait for him to strike with "WAVE" to win the fight)
Going up, up, up. 1st Floor.
2nd Floor.
And we face a second MIKIA, this time two levels higher. (Lvl 34)
Let's make it easy this time, i'm using a CHICKI. wind attacks are great against poison spirits and the speed of the CHICKI will make the combat really easy.
3rd Floor.

5th Floor.
We have reached the top of the sky Tower, time to fight! We have a series of ROROCA encounters here. They are dark spirits, so it is easy to defeat them with light attacks.
I will use a BULBHEAD with the same configuration for all ROROCAS, that will make it easier.
Now the stats of the BULBHEAD:
(This is a good PvP setup for the BULBHEAD at this lvl too)
After the ROROCA encounters, we find a hidden floor, ALI is waiting. ALI is a strong normal spirit, so we have the following options for example: WAAGA, MASKO, MUMMYHEAD.
I'm using a MUMMYHEAD, but any magical type will work.
(You don't need any MDEF at all, so do not put points there if you don't want)
If you have completed all the Dark Matter Collection level 40 quests, you will find the Dark Summoner level 40 in the Sky Tower.
The Dark Summoner level 40 uses the following team: DANTI, SHU and SHADOWIMP.
To defeat them we will need...
A light attack guard to take down DANTI, a magical guard to hold the strikes of SHU and another light attack guard to defeat SHADOWIMP.
I'm taking this guards as example:
Slot 1, REINDEER. He's really fast and light attacks are powerful even with a low MATK. He takes down DANTI in three strikes while DANTI strikes only once. He can even attack in the second round.
Slot 2, MUMMYHEAD. SHU has a wind attack, but it is rarely executed. Normal attacks are resisted extremely well so he will win the round.
Slot 3, BULBHEAD. This is the weak link of the chain, you need BULBHEAD to strike two times while SHADOWIMP hits only once, and that is not frecuent. We could use another guard like TREE ELF or another REINDEER, but i prefer to keep a low profile with easy to get guards.
After the victory, we obtain a Sealed Dark Particle, as usual.
